Using ChatGPT to generate a prompt about UGA football was quite an interesting experience. When it was first created it seemed extremely organized and it gave off the impression of me possibly seeing something like this in an online post. When I started to make my changes on the second copy I was starting to think again about whether or not it was really put together. The prompt did give me explanations about the football team but not in a way that I would right it. It excluded their big win against Tennessee to gain the number 1 spot as the best team in the country and it also excluded their wins against teams such as LSU, Ohio State, and TCU. I thought that it would be important to add those games into my edited version just to prove that the links I provided were accurate. This really helped me understand that AI software can have a good beginning but it won’t include all the facts and evidence that you think will be beneficial. I also could not help but notice that the tone seemed a little off to me, making those edits made the tone more natural. AI will never be able to copy or replace genuine tone to engage the audience. AI may be beneficial at some degree from creating ideas but I will never put all my trust into it. There will be moments where it will miss important details as shown in my prompt. AI to me is a tool that is somewhat reliable but it can’t be a shortcut to solve problems or in this case write something that I know very well.
